GigPitch helps freelancers and agencies on Upwork find the right jobs sooner and send proposals that sound like them, while every proposal stays theirs to approve. It’s built and run by Cloudlabs Europe OÜ, a software company in Tallinn, Estonia.

What we stand for

  • A companion, not a replacement

    GigPitch works alongside your Upwork account. Messages, interviews, contracts and payments stay on Upwork, and proposals go out from your own account.

  • You stay in control

    Nothing is sent without your approval, or a rule you authorised word for word. You can pause, cancel or disconnect at any time.

  • Honest proposals

    Drafts are written from what you tell us about yourself and checked for claims you can’t back up. Files are checked for contact details before they can be used.

  • Your data stays in the EU

    GigPitch runs in Frankfurt, AI processing stays within EU regions, and you can export or delete your data whenever you like.
